Today's Pencast features Dawn Wilkes, Program Manager of the Security Group at the Universal Postal Union, the primary forum for postal cooperation between governments, Posts, regulators and other stakeholders, whose membership spans 192 countries. Previously, Ms. Wilkes worked at the Global Security Group of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the federal law enforcement branch of the U.S. Postal Service.
