Today’s Pencast features Mr. Gerassimos Thomas, Director General of the European Commission's Taxation and Customs Union Directorate, and one of the leading thinkers and actors in the process of EU customs reform. Mr. Thomas has previously held senior positions in finance, energy and elsewhere at the European Commission, and was Deputy Minister for Environment and Energy in his native Greece.
